Since launching the SwiftPOS OrderAway mobile ordering app we have had significant uptake by our patrons in our bar & bistro. We had the ordering QR codes printed into some nice wooden table top numbers which provided an easy, user friendly option for our patrons to order, pay and receive items.
SwiftPOS OrderAway system works brilliantly and seamlessly by extending the existing POS functionality and putting it in the hands of our guests. Having a single source of truth and no 3rd party interface to manage makes the system very easy for us to maintain. We are currently in the process of expanding this solution into all of our driving range bays and Putt Putt Course further refining the customer journey for our guests.

We went live with the MSL OrderAway application during the Cricket Test in 2019, with the initial goal of allowing premium members to charge to their accounts. Since then, we have worked through various scenarios and offerings throughout 2 seasons of AFL and another summer of cricket. Now we are very pleased to be able to offer in-seat ordering and delivery to all members and guests. Not having to get up and miss any on field action whilst having food and drinks delivered.
