MPower MSL is pleased to announce a partnership with Danish company Players 1st, which authorises MPower MSL to be the official Australian reseller of Players 1st’s industry leading player experience platform.
Players 1st provides customised surveys to over 1200 clubs worldwide allowing clubs to understand their Net Promoter Score, receive member feedback, benchmark themselves against their competition, help retain and recruit players. Players 1st has a growing global community from Scandinavia to the US and will now welcome Australian golf clubs into the family.
Players 1st isn’t just a traditional survey tool, it is an experience platform that facilitates, motivates and engages a growing global golfing community. The Players 1st platform is designed to inspire change, improve the player experience and help golf clubs intimately understand players opinions and experiences.
MPower Golf has commenced a pilot program with six Australian golf clubs including Yarra Yarra Golf Club (Victoria), Sanctuary Cove Golf and Country Club (Queensland). This pilot program will provide valuable data on member sentiment and allow others within the golf industry to understand the power of Players 1st’s player experience platform.
