SwiftPOS and MSL has allowed ICC Sydney to innovate and evolve rapidly by adding functionality such as the OrderAway QR code solution and web ordering to our retail service offerings. The SwiftPOS system has shown itself to be more stable and user-friendly than the previous point of sale software with a noticeable reduction in support calls during events.
